Director

Architect, Ricardo Palma University, Peru. Masters Degree in Business Administration from Adolfo Ibañez University, Chile. Courses and Seminars in Marketing and Finance.

With extensive experience in the field, Ernesto is, in turn, Managing Director of ‘Investment and Consultancy Araval S.A.’ (a Chilean consulting firm dedicated to the study and market research of strategic business development of shopping centers, large retailers, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants) and Director in other companies, such as: Netcorperu (telecom equipment and services company), Termorep (HVAC equipment and services company), Puerto Norte (construction finishing materials company), Desarrolladora del Pacifico (real estate development company), among others.

Ernesto is also an independent consultant of the Wong Group (a Peruvian holding of retail, construction, farming, fishing, financial services and other companies); a member of the Investment Committee of the Real Estate Investment Fund ‘FIBRA’; Consultant and Director of private equity funds, founding member of the Green Building Council in Peru; member of the International Council of Shopping Centers; Development Manager of ‘MINKA’ (first commercial city and multimarket facility in Peru), Project Director of ‘Plaza Norte’ (shopping mall of the Wong Group), has been the Project Director for the Jockey Plaza Shopping Center (the most important shopping mall in Peru), as well as Project Director of several shopping centers within the Americas, in different countries such as Peru, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Panamá, Costa Rica, Guatemala and the U.S.

JUAN MANUEL MUÑOZ
General Manager

Industrial Engineer, University of Lima, Peru. M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management (MDI), Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain.

With over 14 years of professional experience in real estate, both national and international, Juan Manuel has significant experience in multinational companies where he held positions with regional and global responsibility.

Before joining A&M, Juan Manuel served for more than eight years in Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), global real estate firm, where he led various teams and managed major projects and initiatives. At JLL, he was assigned to the Procter & Gamble global account, providing integrated services and solutions for real estate; such as Facility Management, Project Management, Lease Administration, Transaction Management, among others; leading a team of over 70 employees in 10 countries.
